GEORGE THE PAINTER
George the Painter, also dubbed "gtp", is not only a close friend of ours, but an amazing artist to say the least. If you watch the 'wedding' video on the WCW Video page, you might recognize him. A long time 'storyteller' of The Horse BC magazine, he spends most of his time bummin' cigarettes and riding big miles trips for no reason but just to do it. Check out his site. The paintings will blow you away. Need something on canvas? Here's your one way ticket to some impressive shit.

"The whole sha-bang is kept afloat by my work. 1/3 of my time is spent actually producing something worth looking at and the other 2/3 is spent trying to make it affordable and getting it out there. Years ago I stopped trying to “get ahead” with this and I’m just happy with “getting by”. With enough time I’ll produce some stuff that will be around for generation or two. You can afford to get something done! I’m really working with people to keep it all happenin’. Think you might want something? Take a look in the store and don’t think getting an original is out of your reach. Owning something that came straight out of my studio might be easier then you think. So take a look around, buy a t-shirt or something and get a hold of me if you are wondering what it takes to get something hangin’ on the wall. I’m up for anything. “GTP”"

FLYRITE CHOPPERS
Located out of Taylor Texas, Flyrite has set the new standard and no one else meets it. Their parts and frames are American made from American steel. Tim is helpful every phone call and makes sure you're going to be more than happy with your new frame or anything else you score from them. Jason lays perfect welds, and never will you need to rework their products. Woodward cycle Works is a parts dealer for Flyrite, and proudly built the Promo bike on a Flyrite Smokin' Gun frame. Tons of sick parts!

"At Flyrite Choppers we build bikes the way they used to be: basic, bare bones, wrench-on-it-yourself for the real motorcycle rider. We have basic principles that we adhere to when building a bike. Our traditionally styled frames, our brakes & a lot of the bike parts we use & sell are made in-house at our facility in Taylor, TX."

Starting in March of 1997, the Cycle Source began as a free publication that served an area of about a 100 mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA. Over the next four or five years it would grow into a publication that filled a solid area in PA, WV, and Ohio. Still a free publication, the Cycle Source continued to hone its content and gather contributors as it served the Tri-State area.

“We have learned through 12 years of developing this publication that there are no short cuts into the world of motorcycling. The men and women who make up the business owners and major players of this industry are lifetime members to an elite fraternity. Simply throwing money around is rarely as fruitful as long hard work and that's what we set out to do every month. We don't phone in our articles, we go and get them. There is nothing more important than getting the real story and getting it right. We want to find a way to show the younger generation and the older ones from the new crowd that there is more to this than buying a bike and all the gear that goes with it. This thing is a lifetime adventure that you take to find yourself and along the way, if you're lucky, you may even have a handful of brothers that you can count on.”
The Horse Backstreet Choppers has established itself as a high quality publication with an intensely loyal readership. The riding public is thirsty for a publication that satisfies the craving for home-built chops, bobbers and creative customs and The Horse Backstreet Choppers delivers.
